While we're on the topic: what do you think of the recently-released Dungeonbowl?
I have played dungeonbowl on the tabletop and its pretty fun but I prefer the classic BloodBowl gameplay.

I would create the league and prepare its ruleset. Anybody interested in playing would create a team (1000TV) and add it to the league. I would take all players and form divisions and the schedule. Seasons usually consist of 12 games. Every week you would have your match assignment and be responsible for arranging the date with your opponent. Results are automatically updated in the league panel. At the end of 12 games we would have a playoff for the title ("OMGk Cup") with the top teams qualifying.
Blood bowl is interesting because the coach can build their team in many different ways. Players get experience points and level up which allows them to pick up new skills and stats. The flipside is that the game is brutal and players regularly get permanently injured or even killed.
